Ogni passo era un gemito disperato che illudeva al mio essere totalmente disarmata. Una sentinella solitaria in mezzo a cumuli di bugie, incrostazioni di ricordi e barlumi di inconsistenza. Mi perdevo con facilità tra i percorsi simili a tanti altri che si allungavano al di là del ponte, composto da barre di legno fragili e in frantumi.</p> <p class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle">Agognavo a sentire pulsare il tuo cuore a contatto col mio, ascoltarti ansimare come dopo una corsa, abbracciare le tue membra scosse dopo un amplesso durato secondi, minuti, ore incalcolabili. Ambivo a sentirmi appartenere alla realtà dei fatti, non solo al castello di illusioni che continuavo a trascinare tra meteore che si spengono troppo presto e bizzarri carrozzoni pieni di guai. Desideravo ascoltare il silenzio appollaiato tra le tue parole, quelle che sussurravi a contatto con la brezza, quelle che avevi paura di urlare perché avrebbero spezzato le tue insicurezze.</p> <p class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle">Verificavo le nuove traiettorie che mi avrebbero allontanato da quel punto, quel punto delimitato dalle intersezioni tra le nostre due vite, quelle che avevamo faticato tanto a trovare e a custodire, tra miraggi e treni che si allontanano alla velocità della luce. Volevo la consistenza di un numero pari, che se lo spezzi a metà, ha ancora un senso.
